About Me
My name is Alyssa Monette and I'm an alumna of Michigan State University. I received my bachelor's degree in Elementary Education in 2013 and I'm currently working on obtaining my master's degree from Michigan State University through their MAET program. I'm a 4th grade teacher at Salk Elementary in the Fraser Public Schools. I love what I do, and I'm so proud to have 84 little faces call me Mrs. Monette. In my free time, I enjoy reading, and traveling to new places with my wonderful husband, Tom. I am a lover of cats and have two of my own. Roary is an orange tabby and Shmoobie is a black and white tuxedo. I am also a synchronized figure skater and compete nationally with my team.
